If the jury believed the defendant’s claim that during that one year in question, the defendant was winding down its operations instead of expanding its business, our client would not have had a case.Īn Internet search took us to a Web site that discussed an industry conference that senior officers of the defendant corporation attended. If true, this would have dramatically decreased the plaintiff’s damages. One time we had a trial where the defendant alleged that during the time period in question, it was getting out of a business. (For $20 you can get smoking-gun evidence and feed your Perry Mason fantasies. Later at trial you can beat the Defendant CEO on the side of the head with your digital printouts, to where he leaps out of the witness chair, confesses and begs you to settle the case for $20 million. I don’t know about you, but I can’t think of a better return on a $20 investment.įor what an appetizer at a restaurant costs in my town, you can gather and preserve evidence. This article will discuss how for just $20 (that’s right, a measly $20 bill!) you can obtain smoking-gun evidence from the Net and use it to win that multi-million dollar case. Best VPNs to Keep Safe on Free Movie Streaming Sites Fortunately, here lists the top 18 best Putlocker alternatives and a professional movie maker released by MiniTool. It just wasn't as fresh and new as the original.Putlocker is an online movie streaming website that was blocked in the UK in 2016, which prevents many long-term fans from enjoying movies and TV shows conveniently. Overall, I liked it, and I'm sure most will. I think they spent a little to much time developing the idea of a group of super hero's and and not enough time developing Kick-Ass & Hit-Girl characters. I felt the actors all did a good job, but the built in humor that came along with an innocent naive Kick-Ass character getting his butt beat, or the irony of a 10 year old foul mouthed girl killing someone with the same zeal she would pursue a boy band with was gone. Then the plot was sort of handicapped by the fact the characters had matured. Unfortunately, I was pretty let down that they didn't spend the money to acquire some interesting/funny/rocking songs for this movie. As the movie was unfolding I kept waiting for some funny/rocking music to play. The soundtrack was as important as the characters. Scenes like Hit-Girl whooping ass to Joan Jett's 'Bad Reputation', or the old Banana Splits song 'Tra La La' Song totally made the first one awesome for me. The first thing I noticed was the lack of a good soundtrack that went with the first movie. Like most sequels, this wasn't as good as the first and it's hard not to make comparisons to the first movie. I loved the first one and have been waiting for this with great anticipation! When I saw it on Comcast On-Demand I immediately rented it.
